"Water teaches four important lessons:
What you see is often your projection
What is soft can also be powerful
Persistence can break barriers
Change is always happening"

"Empty your mind; be formless, shapeless – like water. Now you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup, you put water into a bottle, it becomes the bottle, you put it in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Now water can flow or it can crash. Be water, my friend."

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE
The John F. Barnes' Myofasical Release
Approach ® is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
CRANIALSACRAL THERAPY
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) was developed by John E. Upledger. CST is a gentle, hands-on method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of a physiological body system called the craniosacral system- comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
CBD - DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
Deep tissue massage uses slow, deliberate strokes that focus pressure on layers of muscles, tendons, or other tissues deep under your skin. Deep tissue massage may be therapeutic -- relieving chronic patterns of tension and helping with muscle injuries, such as back sprain.

devices are designed to improve circulation and support the body’s natural self-regulating processes. When our body’s cells, tissues, and organs are adequately nourished and metabolic waste products are removed, our bodies become healthy and function properly.

Jenn is really amazing. She has been able to quickly identify all physical ailments and has given me cohesive instructions to help me with my injuries at home. I have been to physical therapists, other massage therapists, and none of them have come close to Jenn's vast knowledge and personal attentiveness to her clients.
